The norms and standards, the foundation of the " insurance 4 your LAN " charter are published by BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International), a worldwide organisation expected to serve more than
24000 members residing in more than 84 countries. Training courses are provided by , the only licensed training centre certified by BICSI and Medialan Industries within France.

If the "candidate" meets the " insurance 4 your LAN " programme membership conditions, they will follow the courses offered by these independent bodies to receive high quality vendor neutral training. In fact, BICSI is totally independent from any manufacturer. The courses offered by BICSI are neutral and recognised by most telecom manufacturers.

At the end of the training process and the successful passing of a comprehensive examination, candidates will receive the official label MI3 (Medialan Industries Insured Installer) and will be listed on the BICSI web site (www.bicsi.org) along with thousands of BICSI qualified installers from around the world.

An Mi3 installer may also enable End Users to benefit from the advantages of the "ELITES Service". Dedicated to the Key Account Customers, this service provides assistance within 24 hours during the week and 48 hours during "long" weekends. Also, with the optional "UPDATE Service", MI3 will update the installation, providing for the evolution of the network by incorporating future technological innovations (based on an agreement between the MI3 and the End User).
